High speed machining is a new and high technology facing the 21st century. It is characterized by high efficiency, high precision and high surface quality. It is an important part of modern advanced manufacturing technology.
H series horizontal machining center has the characteristics of wide application range, high rigidity, high precision, high speed, high efficiency, high reliability and large torque. It is suitable for the mass production of products with complex shape and high precision, especially for the processing of box and complex structural parts. It is widely used in precision and efficient machining of complex parts in automobile, aerospace, ship and power generation industries, with high automation, wide adaptability, fast moving speed and high production efficiency. Equipped with FANUC 0I MF numerical control system in Japan, it is widely applicable to the processing of large and medium-sized parts in various mechanical manufacturing fields.
The spindle motor and spindle are driven by the straight knot type. When tapping at high speed, the error caused by the belt is reduced and the tool life is prolonged.With Mitsubishi series servo motor, it has faster response speed and output horsepower. The three-axis acceleration is up to 1.5/1.2/1.1g, which can shorten the positioning time when moving in a short distance.
The spindle motor can be purchased with ultra-low inertia specification, and the maximum tapping time can reach 6.000 revolutions (acceleration time is only 0.3 seconds), greatly reducing tapping time.
High precision, high rigidity transmission system
The transmission system has a decisive influence on the dynamic machining accuracy, response speed and rigidity of the engraving and milling machine. All carving and milling machines of the company are designed with fixed supports at both ends and equipped with appropriate pretension force. Both ends of the ball screw are fixed with two high-precision angular thrust bearings to improve the rigidity. The vibration frequency of the machine tool is increased beyond the full range of use, so as to ensure high dynamic machining accuracy and make the adjustment and installation of the servo system easy.
CNC vertical machining center is mainly used for machining medium-sized parts and molds. After the workpiece is clamped at one time, it can continuously complete the processing of milling, drilling, boring, reaming and other processes. It can be used in a single machine or in multiple assembly lines. It is characterized by powerful cutting, high-speed positioning, mechatronics, automatic chip removal, safety protection and convenient operation.
High-rigidity casting design, using finite element analysis to design the machine body, with the best column design to carry the column, reduce the deformation caused by the stress of the casting, in order to achieve the basic elemrnts of high precision. The high-strength column design greatly reduces the vibration amplitude of the upper head. The reponsive AC servo motor system guarantees cutting accuracy. The oil-water separation design system of the whole machine tool makes the machine more clean and environmentally friendly.
