  • The cnc control of this equipment is the integration of automatic cut programming and control; 

  • Industrial computer is used as the host, with high reliability and strong anti-interference ability. Industrial display screen, dual core high-speed processor, SSD solid-state disk, and USB and LAN interface;

  • the CNC system shall have stable performance, meet the requirements of each cutting action, and have strong anti-interference. It has the following functions:

            a. Line and arc interpolation function;
            b. Relative and absolute coordinate control mode

Standard of export packaging

Commonlly, There are 3 packing boxes for 1 set of wire cut EDM machine. No.1,No.2,No.3. The main machine, electric cabinet and water tank are
packed separately in three packing boxes (the main machine and water tank are usually packed simply):


(1) No.1: package of machine;
(2) No.2: Package of control cabinet;
(3) No.3: packing of water tank, containing accessory box,packing list, instruction manual, standard accessories, optional accessories, special tools and spare wearing parts.

Preparation for installation and commissioning:

(1) Installation environment

The machine tool shall be placed in a room without dust, vibration, wind and heat source, and the ambient temperature shall be within the range of 0-45 ºC. In order
to maintain good machining accuracy, the temperature must be kept at 20 ± 3 ºC, and the humidity 30-80%

(2) Power supply

The three-phase four wire system 380V ± 10% is used , and the main switch power supply is used separately (the grounding wire must be firm) and not shared with
other equipment.

(3) Installation and commissioning

After the machine tool is in place, adjust the level as required, connect the connecting line between the main machine and the electric cabinet and the water tank,
and then power on for debugging after checking.
